Five questions are displayed in the activity hub at any one time, with answers. These are at the discretion of the MND Association. However, all questions will be answered by email.

All questions and messages must include contact details for a parent or guardian of the child.

By sending in a question or message, you grant the MND Association the right to display the text in the activity hub or to raise awareness for the hub, eg in any promotional material. The child’s name and age may be displayed, but no other identifiers will be used.

No costs and no fee will be paid by us for using the submitted text.
